Well...this is an rp where you control a talking animal basically!lol!You can control 2 sonic charries...and any amount of your own charries...For now I'll control Knuckles,Shadow and the following person:

Appearance:Like knuckles,she has sharp knuckles that stick out...She is lilac,has orange eyes and she wears a pink top and blue shorts.She has trainers very similar to knuckles' trainers but smaller.
Skills:Martial arts and speed(almost as fast as sonic...ALMOST!)
description/personality:she travels around with knuckles and is basically his apprentice...She admires him.../Thanks to the fact that her best and only friend at the moment is knuckles,she is a bit hard core when you first meet her,but if you give her time and get to know her...she is a really nice person inside...

Raina,or Rai as she perfered to be called, walked into the nearest town...
"We'll get some supplies here...If anyone'll serve us..."Knuckles sounded pessimistic when he said this remark...He went up to a grocer...
"Hi..."Knuckles said...approaching the man at the stall...
"Argh!!!!Stay away!!!!!I've heard of you!You'll tear apart my store!"The man cried...he thought knuckles was still evil...once,eggman had convinced knuckles that this same town was evil...
"Look...I..."Knuckles began,but he was cut short as the man swept him out of the town with an almighty SMACK from his broom.Knuckles and Rai went tumbling back into the forest...
"Ouch..."Knuckles said,rubbing the back of his head..."Blast!That's the village eggman told me was evil!Back when i was naive!Gr!All we need is some supplies!"He looked at Rai..."Hm..."He went rushing around and eventually came back with some leaves,some twigs, some moss and some pinecones he had collected..."Help me...We're gonna disguise you as a little helpless girl who's lost and hungry...Get some of that mud,we can use it to make you look more grubby..."He said,starting to make a ragged dress from some of the leaves...
"Yes,Knuckles!"Rai said,running off to get some mud.When she came back she couldn't be seen for all the mud...She placed it carefully on the ground to avoid splatting Knuckles with it...
Knuckles had already made the dress and was working on a teddy made from some moss,twigs and other forest items...
"Go and out these on...and put some of that mud on yourself too..."knuckles said,immediately,Rai grabbed the items and some mud and ran off.When she came back she looked as ragged as raged could be...She looked lost and frightened...Knuckles walked over and messed her hair up a bit...
"There we go!That should convince em!"Knuckles said,clapping his hands together...

Appearance: He is a sort of black colour with silver eyes. He wears a loose black zip-jacket with a picture of a reaper across the back and jeans. If he hides his face well enough, he is easily passed off as a human teenage boy. Prefers to where black and white sneakers because he feels most comfortable in them. He wears black fingerless gloves, both with a thin band of metal attatched to the back of the hand for defensive purposes. Also has a blood red ribbon tied around his left arm with another thin band of shining silver metal across it. It is often unseen because of his jacket.
Skills: Martial Arts and can astrally project on command as long as the distance between his astral self and real self arn't too far apart to begin with.
Description/Personality: Travels currently alone, still blaming himself for the death of his team partners a few years back. Longing for company, but can never seem to find any, partly because there is a risk of Death which follows him wherever he goes (reason for the reaper jacket). Ever since the death of his comrades he's been on a constant revenge hunt. Often quoted to have Bodies,Blood and Pain follow him wherever he may go, this rumor was mostly built from his rampage from whence he destroyed a whole city with his bare hands and astral cloning.

Leon kicked a few stones in his path. Yet again he watched the clouds travel the breadth of the skyline and walked in the suns shadow. His loose hood was draped over his head, shadowing his face from prying eyes. Making him seem like the typical teenager in the average day of humanity. He sighed as he headed to yet another town. Since his reputation had built, the harder it became for anyone to understand him. For anyone to comprehend his inner pain and the constant struggle to fight the demon within himself...

Raina made her way int the village and the grocer who had swept he away before immediatelly ran over to the frightened,shivering,lost looking child...
"Are you alright?"he asked sympathetically.
"uh-uh"rai said,shaking her head...
"You look starved...you poor thing...here,take these..."the grocer said,passing her some apples,melons and carrots...
"Thanks you sir...you are very kind..."rai said courtesying to the grocer...
"You're very welcome..."the grocer said..."I need to pack up now...goodbye little one..."he said.
"Goodbye sir..."Rai said in her sweet little voice...skipping off happily...
Once she was safely in the forest and out of sight she stopped skipping happily and started running to knuckles.
"It worked..."she said as she placed the groceries on the floor in front of knuckles...
"Great...wow..."Knuckles said..."This'll keep us going for at least 2 months!"he said,starting to stuff the food into their bags..."This'll take awhile...go get changed and have a walk about if ya want..."knuckles said...
Rai walked offwith her normal clothing,washed off the mud and changed then went back into town when she saw another echidna...at least she thought he was an echidna...he looked kind of gothic in his grim reaper shirt but he looked cool...
She walked over to him and said:"Hi...I'm Rainan...What's your name?"

'Oh...hey...I'm Leon...' He said, still keeping his eyes on the floor. 'What are you doing here?' He asked. Slightly curious at the presence of another echidna. He was waiting for a reply when suddenly a clone of himself charged at him, he simply stuck his fist out to the side. The clone ran right into it, and faded away. He sighed, 'I'm losing it...'

"Um...I'm here with my trainer...come with me and you can meet him...in fact...hold on tight"she said,grabbing leon's hand and speeding to knuckles...
"Knuckles...this is Leon...he was in town..."rai said.Knuckles packed away the last carrot.
"Hi leon...I'm knuckles"he said,holding out his hand for leon to shake...

Leon shook knuckles' hand carefully, then let go. 'Nice to meet you...' He said, kicking at the ground under his scruffy sneakers. He shrugged his jacket higher onto his shoulders. Letting his hood fall around his shoulders seeing as he was in echidna company.

"It's nice to meet another echidna aaround here...thing is...only people like us we seem to be able to find are dumb hedgehogs!"knuckles said,not realising the silloette behind rai...
"You aren't dissing us hedgehogs?Are you knuckles ol' pal?"Shadow said,stepping forward.
"Argh!Oh my god!Shadow!'Course not...It's just nice to see an echidna for once!hehe!"Knuckles said...
"Ok...hey...can i tag along with you?I keep bumping into sonic and it's getting awful annoying!"shadow said,leaning on rai...
"Um...Shadow...why are you using me as a leaning post?"Raina asked,pushing shadow off.
"Sorry...What's you rname?I haven't met you befre..."shadow asked.
"I'm Raina...but plz...call me Rai..."Rai replied...
"Course you can tag along shadow..."knckles said,chucking rai a backpack..."You can share supplies with Rai...Leon?you wana tag along...you can share with me"

Leon thought about this for a moment. The insecurity risk looming in his mind. But he'd been alon so long, he thought about the chance for company. Pushing the haunting memory aside he simply nodded an agreement. Afterall, if things got a little turning in the wrong dirction he was quite sure these few could handle themselves.

"Great!Come on then!We were heading to a city on the other side of this forest... Apparently there's a chaos emerald there."knuckles said,leading the way. Rai and Shadow followed and Shadow smiled...For once.

Leon followed, a little distanced, but not too far. These guys were acknoledging him as a friend...Not the threat everyone pictured...For once he felt a twinge of peace...

A few hours later...
"Knuckles...can we rest now?It's gettin dark and my feet hurt..."Shadow complained.
"I guess we should...Rite...we're resting here for the night guys"Knuckles announced. He bent three thin trees inwards and tied them together with some string,splitting some food between him and leon.Rai and shadow shared some food and then they settled down to sleep.

Leon too a small portion of the food he shared, nibbling slowly. Then he leaned back. He couldn't sleep. Not tonight. He stared up, through the trees. At the stars. He pictured his long lost comrades and closed his eyes and looked away. He sat up again. Shrugging off his jacket, revealing the ribbon tied to his arm. He touched it tenderly. She was out there somewhere... The girl who had once given him that. He always remembered her face at the back of his mind, the sweet human smile. That was the first, and last, time he ever saw a human smile at him. H knew after all these years she would've grown and there wasn't much chance of him finding her again now that he didn't know what she may look like. So he simply thought back to that youthful smile, and could've sworn he felt the edge of his mouth twitch up into a smile too...

Rai wasn't asleep,but her eyes were closed. She could tell that Leon wasn't asleep...he was sitting upright...touching a ribbon on his arm...rai only knew these things because knuckles had taught her how to sense what people were doing and were going to do...She opened her eyes.
"So...you're still awake huh?"she said,sitting up..."I never seem to sleep at night...and i don't get tired...I duno why..."she said,looking up through the dense treetops...

'Can never sleep either...' Leon replied half-mindedly. 'Everytime I sleep its the same...The memory...If only it was the good memory rather than that one...' He sighed, looking through the treetops and seeing the girl's childish face again in the stars.

"What memory?"Raina asked,bewildered."I just can't sleep...but what's the memory that haunts you...?"rai asked..
